Biden's Task Force Was a Front
Wednesday morning, Obama's narcissist personality was in high gear, using children as human shields and giving several groundless presumptions and misleading statements in a condescending tone about gun control. Obama signed 23 executive orders for what he claims will reduce gun violence in America. These are in addition to proposed laws that he wants to push through Congress! Strange, since Biden acknowledged that one reason Barack Obama wants new laws is because they don’t have time to enforce the laws already on the books — specifically, the laws relating to background checks that Biden and Obama want expanded!Even though he claims he believes in the 2nd amendment, his target of the executive orders were millions of law abiding gun owners and military veterans. He miserably failed to address the millions of criminals that own and use illegally gotten weapon against those law abiding citizens. At the height of this hypocrisy is his involvement along with Eric Holder and the several gun running operations they have been involved in. One of which was responsible for killing over 300 Mexican citizens, yet he has the nerve to talk about legislation to control guns!
Have no doubt these 23 Executive Orders were not thrown together overnight. They have been well thought out over a period of time. It is part of Obama's plan in sync with the UN's push to disarm all citizens world wide. Biden's "Task Force" was just a front to make it look like Obama was really doing something in response to Sandy Hook.
To set the record straight, Obama was cherry picking his statistics from his own biased polls. The majority of Americans do NOT want stricter gun controls as they know they are ineffective. The rocketing sales of firearms is NOT because of pundits, politicians, or special interest lobbyists it is directly linked to his re-election and his attempting a tyrannical, all-out assault on American liberty and the Constitution. No one really expected him to tell the truth but he and his progressives are clearly establishing a Coup d’état regardless of what is being said!
I don't give in to conspiracy theories but God has given me a discerning spirit and I can tell you that Obama is dangerous! If you haven't been paying attention up until now, then you had better get up to speed. In 2011, he ordered homeland security to stockpile millions of rounds of high dollar hollow point ammunition. These are stored all over the country at various federal offices including social security and food stamp offices. Homeland security claims they were ordered for use as target practice. I believe that Obama is forcing the American people into a revolt, will establish marshal law and use this ammunition against the American people.
The 23 treacherous, cleverly worded executive orders may look like gun control on the outside but look closer, it a different pattern emerges:
1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background-check system.
Just what is considered relevant data? This can be anything from financial data to comments a person would make on social medias, individuals who publicly speak out against the government and even cyber tracking of cell phones and the Internet. Included in this could also entail school and military records and medical records. This would create a national data base making it not only an invasion of privacy but a way to be able to track all guns and ammunition. The end result - an easy way to confiscate guns and ammunition under trumped up charges by this Administration or the UN.
2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.
This is intended to end doctor/patient confidentiality for mental health patients. This not only targets civilians but also military veterans. Anyone who needs help with depression, PTS etc. will be reluctant to seek help for fear of being "turned in" to the Feds and affecting your right to own guns. Even the most mild cases will be reported and your doctor will be Obama's spies.
3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system. In other words - bully the states and withhold federally funding if states don't cooperate.
4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.
Eric Holder is to create categories of individuals? (The same Eric Holder who is being held in Contempt Of the Senate for refusing to hand over documents about "Fast & Furious"). In other words, labeling those that may be a threat to the government's agenda. These lists would make it easier for the government to eliminate certain groups at will.
5. Propose rule making to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.
You will never get your gun back.
6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.
More paperwork in an effort to discourage would be buyers.
7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.
8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).
This will drive up the costs of guns and create more red tape for dealers. Locks and safes that are available now are the best ever. This may be an effort to "recall" guns that don't fit into certain criteria. Law abiding gun owners take great care in making sure their guns and ammunition are stored safely.
9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.
In other words, if your guns are stolen and used in a crime, the government could come after you and the dealer that sold it to you.
10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.
This is already being done. It may mean that they intend to use their database to trace guns and target owners by declaring their guns “lost or stolen".
11. Nominate an ATF director.
There is already an "acting" ATF Director so why issue an executive order unless it is to give the ATF Director broader powers.
12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.
This should be left to the states without any interference from the federal government. I think this is to add more cover to skew and silence the evidence for more false flag operations.
13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.
How can enforcement prevent anything? Does this mean that if the police "think" you might commit a crime using a gun, they can show up at your door, confiscate your guns and arrest you? Shouldn't Obama and Holder be arrested under this one?
14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.
What does the CDC have to do with gun ownership? Owning a gun is not a disease, neither is using it in violent crimes. Gun violence is not a public health issue, it is a societal issue. Obama wants to throw $10 million at the CDC for this research. What do you think the CDC is going to say about guns after getting that kind of money?
15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.
This is the Federal Government throwing money at certain companies and trying to control the private markets.
16. Clarify that the Affordable Care Act does not prohibit doctors asking their patients about guns in their homes.
This clearly destroys the doctor/patient confidentiality. People will be afraid to answer any questions their doctor asks.
17. Release a letter to health care providers clarifying that no federal law prohibits them from reporting threats of violence to law enforcement authorities.
Another reason people will avoid getting help.
18. Provide incentives for schools to hire school resource officers.
Hiring school resource officers should be left to the states. You can bet that there will be tougher "no tolerance" rules that will have a student suspended if he/she even points a finger at another student. This has already happened twice within the last week.
19. Develop model emergency response plans for schools, houses of worship and institutions of higher education.
20. Release a letter to state health officials clarifying the scope of mental health services that Medicaid plans must cover.
21. Finalize regulations clarifying essential health benefits and parity requirements within ACA exchanges.
22. Commit to finalizing mental health parity regulations.
23. Launch a national dialogue led by Secretaries Sebelius and Duncan on mental health
Keep the pressure on your Representatives and Senators and tell them, absolutely NO gun bans! From here on in, American citizens must be vigilant and keep track of EVERYTHING that is happening in Congress! Bills are being slipped through and believe me neither Reid nor Obama can be trusted.
