FEMA and Red Cross are the LAST Responders

Once again, MSM lapdogs didn't waste any time running interference for their boy-king in bashing Romney for his humanitarian relief work for Hurricane Sandy's victims. MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell on Tuesday questioned the sincerity of a “storm relief” event organized by Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney in Ohio, arguing that the Red Cross apparently has no need for donated clothes or canned goods. I didn't see her or any of the other Obama hacks rolling up their sleeves and helping out. Come to think of it, I didn't hear anything about the Obama campaign or Obama himself doing anything physical to help the victims.

Obama tried to look presidential with his mini speech at Red Cross Headquarters and his lapdogs made a big deal of his tour with Gov.Christie today in New Jersey. Anything for a photo op. Funny, I didn't hear anything about him touring the other states! Obviously this is a political tactic for his campaign and nothing else. The liberal hacks not once mentioned the good that the Romney's and Ryan were doing.

The fact is, Romney dispatched one of his campaign buses to aid in relief efforts, well before the storm even hit. He was already in Ohio, when he decided to turned the campaign event into a relief effort. Yes, he rolled up his sleeves and physically helped load trucks! Mitchell was having a fit because according to her, the Red Cross they would have to first package the donations and used clothes wold have to be clean, they couldn't go directly to victims. Who said the donations weren't going directly to the victims and by passing the Red Cross? Heaven forbid, that would be against Red Cross guidelines! WHO CARES? The people get help faster than any big government organization. That is what matters!

Romney is what leadership is all about and he has PROVEN that time and again. He didn't hide behind a scripted speech like Obama, no he dug in and helped out yet the hacks refuse to give him or his people any credit. Did Michelle Obama get out there and help in anyway? NO! She did not! That is apparently beneath her!

I have news for all of you MSM lapdogs. FEMA and the Red Cross are always the last responders in emergency situation! When tornadoes devastated towns in southern Indiana earlier this year, church groups and groups of individuals from all over, organized themselves, brought food, clothing, supplies and manpower well before the Red Cross showed up. Victims were very grateful for the immediate response and lack of red tape. That is what people do when people need help. We, the people don't really care what the Red Tape hounds of the Red Cross needs or wants!

When I give my money to help in disaster relief, I want my money to go to the victims and NOT as part of a 6 digit salary to the charity's CEO or any of their pencil pushers. So Andrea Mitchell and all of you Obama lapdogs - SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE!
