Seriously, the shoes are down right ugly, I can't imagine why anyone would pay good money for them but rather than conjure up ideas of slavery they look like something a prisoner would wear.
Yet the ACLU and the racist Jesse Jackson, claim that it promotes the idea of slavery. Good grief, how stupid, nonetheless, ADIDAS backed down and cancelled production of the shoe.
The ACLU is constantly looking for something to use to incite dissension and call attention to themselves and of course, the news media obliging picked up on it and broadcast the whole absurd thing on every channel. Just like they thought that the death of Rodney King was news worthy. Really? Outside of his family and friends, who really cared?
The ACLU being nothing more than a whiny bunch of babies make it a point to keep racism alive. Perhaps, ADIDAS' next shoe should be completely white, in the shape of a big mouth and named the ACLU shoe!
